Step 1

Initial consultation

This is generally a 15-30 minute phone call where we learn about your needs and desires and let you know how our services would benefit you. We also have a frank discussion about budget.

Step 2

Site visit

We visit your home or your building site to go over the specifics of the project.

Step 3

Ballpark budget

After the site visit, we present you with an approximate project cost.

Step 4


We enter the design phase and work with you to develop the plans for your project. If you build your new home with us, we will include your floor plan at no extra cost.

Step 5

Construction proposal and contract

Once the design is finalized, we present a construction proposal and contract for the permit and physical work.
